Seas Cream

Taiwan is an island surrounded entirely by the ocean, and Keelung is the most famous and representative ocean city in northern Taiwan. Its rich marine resources are Keelung’s most distinctive characteristic. Xue Lini, who grew up in the Ba Dou Zi Village, was the first person who combined seafood and ice cream. Seascream was officially opened on June 15th, 2003. When seafood finally met ice cream, this kind of creativity has never been seen before.
