Walk from Sandiaoling to Houtong and Ruifang

Today I walked with a group from train stop Sandiaoling to Houtong and Ruifang.  Usually if you go to Sandiaoling it is to see waterfalls. If you go to Houtong it is to see the mining ecological park and the cat village.  Ruifang is kind of a transportation hub to the Pingxi Line and to Jiufun and Jinguashi.  Today I did none of that, it was just a scenic walk along the river and rail line.  For me it was really nice, I love the scenery.  Buildings built right on the rivers edge have a rustic funky look that fascinates me.

Houtong now has YouBikes and a 7 eleven!  I see how you could ride a YouBike from Houtong to Ruifang on a nice bike path that goes through a tunnel.
