Silver Stream Cave

This trip one of my goals was to find the Silver Stream Cave.  My last trip I was exploring the area around Maokong and saw signs to the Silver Stream Cave and  waterfall.  At that time I had no idea what is was but decided to check it out.  Unfortunately I quit just a little too soon and didn’t see it. Later I saw some blog posts and also found the hike in Richard Saunders book Taipei Escapes 2.  This time I found it.  What can I say, I love cave temples. The small waterfall with the nice scenery added to the ambiance.  Plus there are other attractions in the area.  It is about a 1 hour hike from the Maokong Gondola
