Water Running Uphill

Outside of Taitung there is a place where water appears to run uphill.  This is the second time that I visited the place.  The logical explanation is that it is an optical illusion.  If it is an optical illusion it is the best that I have seen.  I suspected that it was some sort of “trick” but the trick may simply be that the optical illusion is so good that you discount it as being an optical illusion.   You have to see this to believe it the video doesn’t do it justice.
