Banqiao a travel hub

Everyone knows that Taipei Main Station is the Taipei travel hub.  I read that 400,000 people a day pass though Taipei Main Station.  The MRT Red line and Blue line intersect there, you can get the High Speed Train there as well as the Regular Train and there are bus stations.   What a lot of people don’t know is that you can do a lot of that at the Banqiao Station also.  Banqiao is on the MRT Blue line, it is a stop for the High Speed Train as well as Regular Trains and there is a bus station.  There may be times in your travel that using the Banqiao Station just makes more sense so you should be aware of it.  When you do use it you will find it to be less intimidating than Taipei Main Station.  So far it is a lot more relaxed than Taipei Main Station but as Banqiao grows that may change.  Banqiao is getting to be a cool place to be and it looks good at night, check out the photos.
